Meet Jemma Beech

Hailing from the quaint town of Yanderra in the Wollondilly Shire, NSW, Jemma Beech has travelled a road as colourful as her music—spanning the red dust of the Pilbara, the rolling hills of the Hunter Valley, and the coastal beauty of the Shoalhaven. With authentic vocals, heartfelt storytelling, and an unmistakable spark, Jemma isn’t just another country artist—she’s a revitalising force in Australian country music.

Raised on a steady diet of 90’s country icons like Trisha Yearwood, Shania Twain and The Chicks, Jemma grew up embracing the true spirit of country living—horse riding, dirt-bike adventures, and the down-to-earth lifestyle that now shapes her songwriting. Before stepping into the spotlight, she worked everywhere from pubs to truck stops, collecting the real-life stories that colour her music today.

Her artistic journey ignited at the 2015 Senior Academy of Country Music in Tamworth, propelling her toward a transformative writing trip to Nashville. There, she finalised the songs for her debut album That's Just Me, which soared to #1 on the iTunes Country Charts and #19 on the ARIA Country Album Charts in 2018.

After returning with a redefined sound, she released a string of crowd-favourite singles—If I Can't Wear Boots, Four Leaf Clover, and the powerhouse track One Horse Town—each showcasing her captivating vocals and dynamic modern-country edge.

In 2024, Jemma became a Top 10 Toyota Star Maker finalist at the Tamworth Country Music Festival, delivering a performance that left a lasting impression and cemented her place as one of Australia’s most exciting emerging country artists.

Today, Jemma is embracing a new season of life—taking a step back from touring to enjoy precious time with her first baby and the transformative experience of motherhood. While quieter in the recording studio, she continues to write and create behind the scenes. These new songs reflect who she is now: grounded, evolved, and inspired by the beautiful chaos and joy of this chapter.

With a heart full of stories yet to tell, Jemma Beech is preparing to return with music that captures her growth, her journey, and the woman she’s becoming. The next chapter is already unfolding—and it promises to be her most honest and powerful work yet.
